REFUND POLICY.
Donations
All donations to Abby’s Shoe Foundation are final and non-refundable. Your contributions support our mission to provide new shoes to children in need. We appreciate your generosity and commitment to making a difference.
Event Registrations
If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the event date for a possible credit toward future events. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Merchandise
For any merchandise purchased through our website, please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have issues with your order. We will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
